I love Georgetown and the surrounding areas! I'm so excited about meeting you! As a realtor, I love exploring different parts of the Georgetown/Austin area with buyers and renters and swapping recommendations for great restaurants and hidden gems. I started buying and selling real estate in 2013. I've met so many engaging and interesting people and helped them in many ways. I enjoy helping people! I work every day to make sure my clients are happy and comfortable with every step of our transactions. I attended Baylor University in Waco, graduating on the Dean's List in Human Health Performance and Recreation. I went on to obtain my Insurance license, and I worked several years in the insurance industry. I'm an active member of Dallas Safari Club, Texas Women in Business, and The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. I spend my spare time styling ladies with my Stella & Dot side business, spending time with my husband, and twin toddlers. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and meeting new people all along the way. I'm passionate about being knowledgeable and helping clients make sound real estate decisions. With lifelong roots in the area, Shauna brings a unique perspective to the market. She grew up in Lakeway, living there since 1987, and married another long-time local, third-generation Austinite John Sitra. Having been in the area as a child, single adult, and now married mother of two young girls, Morgan (10) and Harper (8), Shauna boasts a deep understanding and appreciation of the various neighborhoods in our great city, and the amenities each offers for every lifestyle. She especially loves the "great little weekend getaways" near Austin: Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Rockport, and Port Aransas are some of her favorites.
Shauna has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas State, and has been a real estate agent since 2005. She loves the family feel of being a part of the Intelligent Real Estate team. "It's about helping people," she notes, "not about how much money can I make off them." Her passion is all about providing the best service—"from start to finish!"—to her clients.
